1th Gothic B&B, Barcelona, Catalonia, Spain (Bed and Breakfast (B&B)) A beautiful two double guestroom or alternatively two triple bedroom in the best location in Barcelona, in the Gothic Quarter next to the Ramblas and main monuments in an attractive quiet street of traditional 19th century appartment buildings. This spacious guest room in our appartment –l40 m2 - on the 2nd floor of a 19th century building, sharing with a couple - photographer and linguist -, who will be there to receive and take care of you, in a very friendly atmosphere.The appartment has central heating, is cool in summer & the building has elevator so no problem with suitcases. We really enjoy living there & we would be very happy for you to join us. If you come by car you`ll find a car park next door at a reasonable price. The appartment has been completely renovated, but maintaining its original style. It has high ceilings, beautiful mosaic tiled floors & the natural wood of the interior double doors & French windows has been restored. We are offering one guestroom only which is very quiet, fully furnished, has lots of light & a balcony onto an interior patio with a beautiful view of a church. The bathroom is next to the room & is shared with us. The appartment is in the Gothic Quarter, 2 minutes from the Ramblas, the Opera House & Barcelona's traditional market the Boqueria. All the main monuments are a short walking distance away or accessible by Metro ( the green line & yellow line). The old town is full of fashionable & picturesque bars, restaurants & shops. We speak English, French, Italian & Spanish.
