Bookings Deposits and Cancellations To secure your booking we will need your Visa or Mastercard details by email, fax or telephone. If the booking is less than 7 nights, one night's accommodation will be charged to your card as a deposit. If the booking is more than 7 nights, two night's accommodation will be charged to your card as a deposit. The outstanding balance will be payable upon departure. f the booking is cancelled within 14 days prior to your arrival your deposit is not refundable.
