Gingenbullen Farm Bed and Breakfast, Sutton Forest, New South Wales, Australia (Bed and Breakfast (B&B) & Self Catering) Gingenbullen Farm is a secluded and peaceful retreat on 25 acres and nestled into the side of Mt Gingenbullen with panoramic views over rolling green countryside. Here in the privacy and comfort you can relax with your latest book and a glass of wine, enjoy the local bird life whilst strolling around the farm and down country lanes past historic properties or take a vigorous walk to the local winery. Access to all the Southern HIghlands attractions are just minutes away by car. There are 2 suites, each with a king bed and a comfortable sofa bed, its own heated ensuite, lounge/dining area and private verandah. One suite is designed with disabled facilities. The adjoing fully equipped self-catering kitchen allows you to make meals at your leisure. It is stocked with generous breakfast and other provisions. The barn studio features a queen bed, its own lounge area with its pot belly stove and a kitchenette where you can cook a full country style breakfast. The heated ensuite, toiletries, fluffy dressing gowns are added comforts.

Bed and Breakfast (B&B) & Self Catering Rates per Person
Midweek packages range from AU$60.00 per person self-catering per night.
Rates are per suite for two people using the king bed and one extra guest per suite can be accommodated on the sofa bed at the same person charge less AU$10.00.
Children will be charged at a rate of AU$30.00 to AU$50.00 per child depending on age.
Weekend rates start at AU$90.00 per person on Saturday night. Multiple weekend night bookings are cheaper
Seasonal packages are available on request.

50% deposit required to confirm booking with balance payable on arrival. Deposit is non-refundable with 2 week of arrival date. However, an accommodation credit may be used within 6 months of the date originally booked
