Greystone Pool Bed and Breakfast, Polperro, Looe, Cornwall, England UK (Bed and Breakfast (B&B)) Greystone Pool is family run and great care is taken to provide our guests with extremely clean and tastefully furnished accommodation along with a warm and friendly atmosphere. Dependant on availability we can normally offer a choice of standard room with washing facilities (seperate bathroom) or ensuite. All rooms have colour TV and country views. All ensuite rooms have hospitality trays. Children under 12 are welcome on the understanding that they are kept under supervision and not allowed to disturb other guests. For most people a holiday comes once a year. It's important to the family that you enjoy your stay, Our aim is to welcome you as guest's and bid you farewell as friends, because we would love to see you return again and again. There is plenty of free level parking space covered by security lights and CCTV. For your convenience, we are open all year round. OFF SITE FACILITIES April-Sept, include local swimming pool (small surcharge) and local bar with free nightly entertainment for adults and children. You will find that Greystone Pool is an ideal base to discover the many delights of Cornwall, infact you can literally drive to any point in Cornwall and most of West Devon within 90 minutes. By road we are less than 5 minutes from Looe and even less from historic Polperro. PLEASE NOTE, WE DO NOT ACCEPT SINGLE NIGHT BOOKINGS DURING CERTAIN PERIODS OR DURING ANY BANK HOLIDAY PERIOD. SEE BELOW:- LOW SEASON November to February. (Except Christmas/New Year and bank holidays) Late Room discounts will apply as shown with no minimum stay. MID SEASON March to May and October. (except bank holidays) Late Room discounts will apply on a minimum of 2 nights stay. HIGH SEASON June to mid July & September. Bed and Breakfast (B&B) Booking Conditions
We can accept full payment or 25% deposit if you book more than one calendar month before your intended arrival date. Full payment is required if you book less than one calendar month before your intended date of arrival. Unless prior arrangement is made with us. The balance due must be paid one calendar month before your date of arrival. Payments by Visa and Mastercard (credit cards) are subject to a 4% surcharge. Payments by commercial charge cards are subject to a 5% surcharge. Payments by Switch or Delta are subject to a £1.50p surcharge per transaction. Payments by cheque are subject to a £1.00p charge per cheque accepted. All refunds will be subject to an administration charge of £10.00p. Initial deposits or full payments by cheque are subject to 7 days clearance. Cheque payments made before departure will only be accepted on production of a cheque guarantee card covering at least the amount that the cheque is for.
