Ermita, Javea, Alicante, Spain (Bed and Breakfast (B&B) & Self Catering) Ermita is a beautiful villa on the slopes of the Montgo Mountain near Javea. There are two guest rooms - one superior room with own entrance from pool area with Queen size bed, ensuite shower room and insect-proof blind. This room also has tea and coffee making facilities and a fridge. One twin-bedded room (can be used as double) with ensuite bathroom. From Spring 2007 we will have a self-catering apartment available which can sleep 4 max. Rates to be advised. B&B will be available from September to March each year. Within 10 mins you can be in Javea Port with its marina, restaurants and shops or in 15 mins on the safe Arenal beach, again with many restaurants and the usual beach facilities. There are also four or five restaurants within a 5 min drive of the villa. The larger town of Denia is 15 mins away where ferries run to Ibiza and Palma. For golfers we are 5 mins from La Sella Golf Club and 10 mins from Javea Golf Club. Several other top courses are within easy reach. The area is perfect for walkers of all standards. From climbing Montgo for the more adventurous to exploring the lower slopes or the coastal paths for those wanting less strenuous walking. Javea Old Town has a Thursday market. Jalon has a huge Rastro (flea market) every Saturday and nearby Pedreguer has one on Sunday morning. Alicante Airport is 70 mins away, Valencia Airport 80 mins. We charge EUR 40 pppn to include continental or cooked breakfast. Check in 4 pm. Check out 11 am. We will do our best to help out if you have early or late flight connections. A deposit of 25% will secure your booking with the balance payable in cash on or before leaving the villa. For UK residents the deposit should be paid into our UK bank account. For non UK residents a euro cheque should be sent in advance, we will advise address at the time of booking.
