La Molin, Moclin, Granada, Spain (Bed and Breakfast (B&B)) La Molin is a converted mill and granary,which as been tastefully modernised to provide full central heating, with log fires in kitchen and guest lounge. Two spacious luxury en-suite bedrooms, 1 twin and 1 double. Both have radiators and hairdrys for your convenience. There is a comfortable guest lounge with log fire, separate dining room. All rooms have full central heating and wounderful views of the countryside. Nestling by the river Velillos, La Mollin (The Mill) is an ideal and unique away from it all break. The winding road passes by and follows the ancient way of the Caliphs for you to explore. A stroll across the way,by wild flowers a butterflies, birds and fauna, once stood a roman village and caves where our ancestors once dwelt and left there art work.Moclin castle commands a spectacular view of the Sierra Nevada Mountains and right across to the province of Jaen with Cordoba to the west. Locals say that there has been a mill of some type on this site for over 400years used by the Romans,Moors and Christians. The water powered flour mill, granary and bakery is being lovingly restored by its owners. Outside are sun loungers on the patio for you to simply admire the views and top up your tan or you can sit in the riverside garden relax and read a book. Granada and the Alhambra Palace are 30mins away and the Mesquita in Cordoba 1hr.30mins away.Skiing in the Sierra Nevada 45mins away.
