Las Tortugas, Vera, Almeria, Spain (Bed and Breakfast (B&B)) Las Tortugas is a lovely quiet retreat in the country but ideally placed for a quick trip down to the beach at Garrucha or Mojacar. The Valle del Este golf course is just two mintues away. Jane and Terry love to spoil their guests and you can stay in to dinner if you want a relaxing evening with no worries over driving. All the guest rooms are spacious and have their own bathroom, one with a large walk-in shower. Guests have their own lounge with fridge, tv, honesty bar and loads of easy-reading paperbacks. They can use the pool and the covered poolside terrace at any time. There are plenty of opportunities for bird-watching in the quiet countryside around the house. There are two resident cats and a large but seriously soppy dog who is always game for a walk with visitors. Las Tortugas is a non smoking and normally adult-only house but we do take children if a all 3 rooms are booked by the party.
