Small Hotel Booking Conditions
We charge for deposit 50% of the reservation plus the airport pick-up roundtrip of USD 50.-- per person. For reservations in the chhristmas season (12.22.2003 to 01.05.2004) we charge the full amount (100%) as deposit. For last minute reservations 10 days or less prior to arrival we charge for deposit the full amount of the reservation. 3 nights minimum stay and 5 nights minimum stay from 22.12.2003 until 05.01.2004. Cancellation fees: 30 days prior to arrival 2% of the reservation, 29 days or less prior to arrival we charge 1 night. Deposits are not refundable for cancellations made 7 days or less prior to arrival. No refunds for early departure and cancellations of reservations made for the Christmas and New Year's season 2003/2004. All rates are based on double occupancy. We accept guests only if older than 16 years of age.
