7 days prior to arrival a deposit of 30% of the full value of the stay is required by way of a direct deposit, a Credit Card number/authorization, or an Agent’s voucher. Cancellation administration fee 1 night per person if cancelled within 24 hours of arrival or 50% of value of first night if cancelled within 1 week prior to arrival unless room is re-let in which case any charges will be waived.
