We will answer you within 48 hours via e-mail giving you our bank transfer details, from that moment the apartment will be locked to avoid other bookings. Once your receive our e-mail, you have to pay the deposit fee by bank transfer (within 4 working days). The amount of the deposit will be subtracted from the total price and implies the 30% of it. Once we've received your bank transfer, we will send you confirmation of your reservation and other additional details such as the full apartment address.
